On Friday, my beautiful sister took her own life. I wish I had gotten more opportunities to tell her I loved her. I’m now trying to tell the people I care about that I love them as many times as I possibly can. Please, reach out, tell the people in your lives how much they mean to you. Say it as many times as you can. And for god sakes, if you are feeling depressed or know someone who is, seek help. Suicide is not the answer. Talk to friends, family or if you have no one else to turn to, call one of the many helplines:
